If you wish to publish any article(s) or press releases from the Adcidia™ Network within your website, newsletter, blog, forum, or print publication, you must follow these guidelines:
- Each author or company owns the copyright to their own articles / press releases and require that you reprint the entire article or press release including the title, description, body content, and the author resource box without changing the content of the article or press release what so ever.
- You must include the author resource box / company contact information somewhere within the same page of the article or press release you wish to publish.
- If an author or company has added more reprint publisher guidelines within their article or press release, you must respect any additional requests they may have.
- If there are any links(website addresses) present within the author resource box or contact information box, you must agree to activate ATLEAST one of those links without syntax errors. Opening the link within a new window is entirely up to you.
- When publishing an article or press release from the Adcidia™ Network, we ask that you keep the "Article Source: Article99.com" present & active.
- You cannot sell any of these articles for your own profit. If you wish to sell articles from your website, you must contact the author or company before using any articles or press releases and arrange some kind of agreement.
- You also agree NOT to add any articles or press releases to "Hate", "Warrez", "Porn", "Politically Incorrect" websites.
- You must NEVER use any articles or press releases for email spamming online.
- All author pictures belong to the authors as well as, all company logo's belong to the company originator. You cannot use an author’s picture or company logo without direct permission from the author or company.
- You have permission to use "Martin Lemieux's" picture when reprinting any of his articles. If you do, you must tell us about it by contacting us.
- You may use our RSS feed(s) & author RSS feed(s) at your own risk. The Adcidia™ Network has well over 700 different category specific RSS feeds to choose from.
- If time permits it, authors and companies like to be notified as to where you've reprinted their articles or press releases. Please contact an author or company through their own website, not through our network websites.
- Authors and companies have given the Adcidia™ Network permission to reprint any article or press release found within our websites, we do not own copyright to any articles or press releases except articles created by Martin Lemieux, Adcidia™ president & chief editor.
- Adcidia™ does not endorse any 3rd party content listed within our network. We are not responsible for ANY 3rd party link you may visit from this website. All ads from Google, Adbrite, ISEDN, Kontera, and any other ad provider are not endorsed by us, nor do we have the power to block a specific ad from these services. You may visit our advertisers at your own discretion.
- Articles and press releases found within Adcidia.com cannot hold Adcidia™ responsible for any advice you may use, health tip, legal tip, or anything else for that matter. You agree to read, and use these tips wisely & at your own discretion.
